Sway bar will absolutely make a noticeable difference. Without it, all the suspension upgrades are making it more of a bouncy house with nothing to control them.
Although based on Jaycocreeks weight statement, if the OP has the same camper, idk how they are even hauling it without extra spring capacity currently. Even at say 3500lbs, it must be sacking out the springs real bad.
