Coronavirus made strange practices. It happen to me more than once, but most shocking was me buying Bosch power driver for about $100, when I found it is not going to work for me.
When I requested return label, they refunded me the money and suggested I give the driver to charity.
Charities are closed, so I kept it :C
They sent the wrong one once, not twice.
They sent the right one even before getting the wrong one returned.
Everyone makes a mistake. I was more than happy with the way they took care of it.
