I am in bad mood, becouse I made a contract for custom window replacement.
The $2500 contract promised by person #1 to be whole brown frame delivered in about 3 weeks.
Than person #2 come over to take precise measurements.
10 weeks later person #3 comes with window who has huge brown flange outside, but rest of the frame is white.
To top it, the trapezoid window is 5" narrower on the bottom than the opening, so the guy was suggesting filling up the distance with molding.
That is what I call Monkey job.
So now the company manager is calling me, but he offers no solution, still researching the options for 1 week and counting.
Shall we blame Coronavirus for the behavior?
3 months are passing and I still live with broken window.
