I bought my truck with a MBRP tail pipe on it. It is vented to assist with exhaust gas temps. It is extremely quiet. It looks like a cheap pipe with tiny louvers punched into the end of it.
I would prefer something like the Banks kit that comes with a polished tip. Banks also claims to have the lowest exhaust gas temps. Some day I may break down and spend the money to improve the looks.
A friend has the Magnaflow kit on his 6.4 powerstroke. It is also very quiet. The only noticeable difference is when it goes thru a regen mode making it slightly louder. It also has a nice look to it.
