Op I get where you are coming from, these new diesels are so quiet. I like the older diesels that sounded like they were working. Anyway, let us know how it goes for you and if it doesn't work out you can get rid of the Ford and get a Cummins, they still have a little, very little, but still a liitle bark behind their bite....:)
