Did you see that Gear Vendor's Overdrive in his profile. Not only will be attain those speeds :) , he is getting exceptional MPGs at the same time.
I owned a 2000 Dodge w/Cummins and had a Gear Vendors OD. Unloaded with a good tail wind, I got 24.5 mpg between Grants, NM and OKC running 75 MPH the entire time.
