Air filter intake 2016 Ram 6.7
Anybody feel there is a benefit to install a performance intake on a totally deleted 6.7. Slightly chipped and 5 inch pipe to date.

The biggest problem with gauze and oil air filters (like K&N) is the get dirty quickly. If you live in a dusty area, they can get so dirt in under 10,000 mile that your engine will not start.
When you switch to a gauze and oil air filter, you are signing yourself up for a lot of maintenance which is why the auto industry does NOT use them !
