- seaeagle2ExplorerIt's an oil less compressor right ?
- Tom_BarbExplorerSame as the city water pressure.
- TrackrigExplorer IIUse 35 - 40 psi, the same as water pressure.
If you have a black tank cleaner, be sure to blow it out also as it's not connected into any of your water systems.

x2. - mrjmrobertsonExplorerAnd don't forget to blow out the shower head. I learned that this past spring when we found it laying in the tub!
- donn0128Explorer III have tried 35 to 50 and actually find 20-25 works much better.
- ken56ExplorerDon't forget the outside shower too.
- SAR_TrackerExplorerand remove any installed filter elements, and empty the filter housing....
- tatestExplorer III crank the regulator on my 150 psi compressor down to 25-35 psi for this task. Blowing out one water line at a time, it is unusual for this to empty the (not very large) tank, and if the compressor has to start running, it has enough output to maintain flow at this pressure setting. For his job, what you need is air volume, not pressure, since you are blowing out open lines and not building up pressure.
