To GM this is what matters. Not bragging about f150s being number 1 for 40 some years. Colorado and Canyon when added to Silverado and sierra outsell ford each month. Oh, and when GMs new 4500 and up trucks come out in the next year, those numbers can be added to the rest of their trucks. Trust me when Ford brings back the ranger, it will cut into F150 sales. Add up all ford truck. Add up all GM trucks. Now that's How it should be. Funny how GM sells more cars and trucks in America than Ford and Toyota. Its all in perspective.

Well said! yes they both sell very well and that's a good thing! I happen to own 1 chevy suburban with 250,000 miles, and a GMC sierra with 315,000 miles. Original engines and trans. I guess that has something to do with me liking GM trucks.

Ford should make a Lincoln truck like Chevy has GMC! Ha!Fords number also typically includes "All F-series" which cheats a little off Chevy and GM actual units sold as well.

I also agree. We took a useless thread of mine is better or sells better than yours and made a good one out of it. By the way I forgot to mention the Big Buford combo from Checkers is really good!!

Maybe they should start a food board. This would allow everyone to discuss the best places to eat when traveling and good recipes to use when camping.

I am sure of that. The government will make sure of that. :) Seriously though. They are all major companies selling most of the vehicles in the US with GM selling the most. None of them are going under anytime soon. The economy would tank more than it already has if that happened and god forbid if it got that bad again the government wouldn't let it happen no matter which of the big three it was. There is to much money involved. I am not saying the tax payer makes out, but the government itself doesn't lose a dime.

All 3 build good trucks these days so we are lucky. Pros and cons to each. I looked at all 3 and picked the one i liked all around the best. Sales numbers don't matter to me.
