AT3s are good quality excellent traction quiet tires. Put about 10k mi on a set before I got a new company truck with very little wear but a lot was on snow so that helped. However typically the more aggressive the tread, the faster the wear, softer compound in some, more tread squirm etc. Firestone HT s are kind of an exception. Had a set on my 07 and they sucked. Wore out quicker than siped Mudders. I like BFG AT but IMO pass on them. Better at tires for your money out there.
If you really want a deal, look for a set of takeoff tires and rims off of a newer Ram on Craigslist. They are dime a dozen cause so many upgrade to aftermarket wheels. Can save some $ that way.
