I've had good luck with the BFG AT/KO, Dueler Revo 2 and Toyo Open Country. I've heard good things about the AT/3 and would consider them in the future as well. I live out west and spend a fair amount of time off paved roads so I'm biased, but an AT tire is far and away a better choice than a highway tire as far as I'm concerned. They are marginally louder and probably don't wear quite as well as a highway tire, but are much more versatile.
