Alternatives to Dicior EPDM Roof Seal?

I will soon be selling my old (2006) TT and first want to do some general maintenance and simple repairs. Are there any effective alternatives to the dicor roll on sealant? Considering that it's a 30 foot unit, I would like to save as much as possible on the prep for selling, and know that the per gallon cost on Dicor is pretty pricey. Want to use something that's effective, but not breaking the bank. Does HD or Lowes offer anything like this? Thanks

I used this stuff when I patched an area of my roof that was rotted. I assume this is what you are talking about... a liquid EPDM that you can "paint" on and it bonds to existing EPDM and creates a seamless patch. Worked GREAT, but a little messy.
  • What I recomend for an old roof especially on metal is to foam it and a coat of paint I had that done to my old Shasta.Cured a leak that I had since new and added 1k to the price I got when I unloaded the unit.
