So for those of you that have done this.. What did you do?
Two things are very good practices you should do, use a good quality battery compartment paint and coat the interior of the Aluminum box. second provide a vent for the hydrogen gas to get out of the box.
Your 4, 6 volt batteries will hold a lot of energy, we have 4 6 volt batteries in our battery pack for the coach. they are wired two in series with two in series, connected in parallel to provide 12 volts to the coach.
