Like the idea of the 48-inch side mount tool box (PEPBOYS) with a latch key lock.
The side internal tray area is ideal for dressing in your cable and adding a couple of vent holes.
I would also use round head bolts on the bottom of the mount with the bolts inside the box floor area. This will prevent cutting the bolts off and someone stealing the whole box.
