Am I nuts? Expedition @ Vibe 287qbs

Here's my story: My family (wife and three kids under 6) decide we want to get a travel trailer. My RAM 1500 only had available payload of <1K, so I traded it in on a 2016 Expedition EL with the HD tow package, integrated brake controller, sway control, EcoBoost twin turbo, 3.73 ratio. Did this as I gained a lot of available payload to carry both the family and tow something bigger than a popup. Here is link to what I think my towing capability is with family and a little gear in the expedition:

We looked at a variety of 3-4 bunk models, but landed on (and just plunked down deposit on) a 2017 Vibe Extreme Lite 287QBS. We could save thousands travelling aways to get one. The one I found is 600 miles away in the midwest. Listed dry weight is 5800, 1867 payload, ~7600 gross. 8ft wide, 11 feet tall, and 35ft long.

Reading forums last night I got a bit worried as I leave to travel and get it tomorrow. Trailer weight and hitch weight I think I am fine, though we might want to consider packing light/driving without full tanks etc. But just the sheer length and height I now find concerning, worried that the tail will be wagging the dog badly. I have towed utility trailers and 18' Lund before, but nothing like this.

How worried should I be with this setup? Thanks to anyone who can chime in.
