Wayne, I have an idea. Can a poster's signature line showing the fact they are a TCer suffice that the subject covered belongs in the TC forum? I mean when subjective question arises on a particular topic?
I know that really pushes it. There has to be rules and moderators, else human nature being what it is will bring on chaos, not always, not quickly, but often and eventually.
I wonder if even a picture of a flower without a truck camper would assist Wayne if in the narrative the poster says something like "on our trip to XXX in our XXX TC" might lend the support he's asking for.
The main issue is this. We all become accustomed to the folks we meet here. They become our community. We don't hang out in the TT forum, necessarily. We don't hang out in the Dodge Cummins forum. This is our circle. And subjects that interest us are not always TC related. Often they are just issues bantered about by friends in the circle.
That's not an answer, just food for thought.
It might not cover the concept intended by the rules and organization of such a huge number of categories as is covered in Open Roads. But it sure makes it easier for the users, when they can go to one place and have their social contact without wondering if their friends will find their post buried elsewhere just because it was "correctly categorized".
