America’s Wildflowers, On the Road in a Truck Camper Pt 2

I've been waiting for someone to pop up with an ID on this flower. The closest I have found so far is Fernbush, AKA Desertsweet, Chamaebatiaria millefolium.

However, the ID photo at CalPhotos has more jagged petal edges and the foliage does not look quite right to me. Any clues?
