I noticed this for sale about 75 miles north of Nanaimo on Vancouver Island.. I have nothing to do with it... just saw it there for $250. Amerigo

There are usually 3 or 4 for sale every week across the country.
The key would be finding one that is close.
They are definately worth fixing up and they get lots of comments when you take them out.
