Approved by who? I found on Amsoil's website that Amsoil "recommends" their oil for cars that require MS-6395. I see nothing that states their oil is approved by Chrysler for use in Chrysler vehicles.

Ah, never mind. I just realized you were referring to Pennzoil.
Mobil 1 is not approved. Mobil super obviously is, which you linked too. But Mobil 1 is not.
Like I said earlier, the only reason that means anything to me is for warranty purposes. Mobil 1 is a fine oil and will not harm the engine.
I didn't catch the "recommended" part of the amsoil. Sneaky on their part. Either way, my opinion is the same as the Mobil 1. Fine oil, won't harm a thing other than warranty.
Just a money grab is all it is.
