As you drive up on them, they're going to want to hit the ground. If the one between the tires won't lie flat, where is it going to go?
Just drive off of them just like in the video I posted earlier. Drive off slowly and they have no problem. If you back off of them the middle one will ride the tire up and be in the same angle as in the pic. I just drive off gently never a problem.
