I'm using the Andersen as well and really like it. It is easy to hitch and unhitch. The sway control works very nicely and it's a quiet hitch. We put almost 4K miles on it this last season with no issues at all.
If your tongue weight is going to be over 750-800lbs there have been some reports of difficulty returning enough load back to the front axle. Since I have a lighter tongue weight - around 450lbs - I've not had any trouble returning 100% load back to the front axle. I know that Andersen made some adjustments to the polyurethane bushings to help with that. The spare I bought to have on hand while traveling was about an inch shorter and a bit stiffer.
Also, some have noted that the frame brackets can slip at first. Usually there is a small amount of slip when you first tighten the chains. Once set in place they tend to stay though. In my case I did have the brackets tack-welded which is an option to deal with slip detailed in the installation guide.
