Annual freeze question - mcc272 please respond

There is a misconception about when an RV freezes.I have two 1 gallon jugs sitting on my hitch haul in the open and it has been getting down to 27-28 at night and the early 40"s in the day..No signs of freezing in either jug,not even an ice crystal.

So my enclosed RV water lines are good below that..We will see when the jugs begin to freeze.
