Since it is now mid-September, and I do not know the answer because I just purchased a new RV in Jan 2014, I will start with the annual fall question:
How do you winterize a Class "A" with a residential fridge with ice maker and washer/dryer?
Also, Do you have to do anything special to the bathroom if you have procelin fixtures?
Thanks,

If you use the ice maker ( we don't) the refrigerator manual or owner manual will tell you how. We just disconnected the line ( found behind the vent on the floor by the fridge). There is a T valve with a shut off on ours. The line comes from the cold water line from the sink area. I disconnected the line coming from the fridge and let the water run out and allowed red pop throughout the T valve, then shut it off never to be used by us.
The washer will need to be cycled on hot only and then cold using the red pop as you do on the faucets . Let it get a little into the washer then run it on the drain setting to get it through the pump.
I just pull the line off the water pump in the bay which goes to the water tank and add my syphon hose. A little advice - you don't want to be running back a forth changing one gallon jugs outside as they run dry. Dump them into a 5 gallon pale. I use about 4-5 gallons to get everything done good. What's left over dump down the traps. Takes about a 1/2 hour once you get the hang of it.
