We get about 18 hours of battery power; I added a second battery and now we can go 24 hours before the voltage goes below 12.2V.
After much searching, I came to the conclusion that the fridge was the culprit. I experimented by turning off the fridge and voila - the batteries
lasted a lot longer.
You may have the same issue; One solution is to add a solar panel. I have 2 x 100 W panels which top off the batteries during the day.
I just came back from 5 days of boon-docking and the batteries went down to 12.4V first thing in the morning and then got topped off during the day.
A generator may not be your best option - I'd go solar first.
