I currenty have just a basic weight distribution setup with no sway control. My trailer does not look like it sways when i look in my mirror but it feels like it. Nothing bad and not all the time but ...

P rated tires under load (increased speed has a similar effect as increasing the load) tend to "squiggle." Not quite a wobble, a bit of a wiggle but not steady, just a moment of unsteadiness. May feel like you hit a slippery spot on the road.
Once you go to LT tires with the stiffer sidewalls, you'll wonder why nobody suggested it earlier ;)
I have WDH and friction sway control that looks like the one in the link posted.
Of course, do as you please, but it is certainly worth your time to consider. ;)
