No leakage problems with our'07 ROO EXCEPT for 1 trip on the interstate during a monsoon and it was very slight and front bunk only. The rain was heavy enough DH pulled off the interstate twice to let it blow by. We knew to check for dampness as soon as we opened up and found a small amount, but a towel took care of it and no damage whatsoever. Hybrids are a great experience and aside from age creeping up much faster than we expected, and the extras involved in setting up, we'd still have ours and still love it. NEVER expected we'd have a hardside TT! We made the move to a TT in May, and while we love it and it was a wise decision for us, it's not our ROO. They've made a lot of improvements in seals and systems since then and I think you'll find that probably 95% of owners don't have problems. There is always the chance that you'll be in that 5%, but that could happen with any RV. Since you've been the PUP route, you know about the canvas, so no surprises there. It's nice to tow something about 23' and when you get set up you suddenly have 30' of great space. I think you should look further into this and go into it with the thought that you'll be in the 95%. Good luck.
