Any Hybrids NOT leak?
This summer we moved from a TT back to a PUP, but it's just not working for us. Seems once you've had a bigger trailer it's hard to go back. That being said, I thought about looking into hybrids but...

You actually "looked" at the rot? unsure how you could.
My pup is a 2007 and it has "soft spots" in certain areas as well but I checked and it is solid as can be. It is just the area between the supports which are quite wide on pups and I am feeling the flex in the floor.
I looked at the floor from underneath. One was a huge hole in the floor in the front storage truck they guy had just placed a piece of plywood over. Another was a hole right at the door. The guy had scabbed in a piece of ply there and then put down new laminate. It's not hard to spot unless they have a belly cover and most pop ups don't.
