the most important thing is do not accept the unit if there is even one thing wrong with it. Do a complete test of EVERYTHING before sitting down with the salesman. As long as you are holding the BIG check you are in control. Once you leave with it you will hear the "make an appt with the service dept". Don't even go with your truck on that day. Take your car. They will know you are serious. I went thru this this when I was buying a 45K cedar creek fifth wheel. They had to send it back to the factory there were so many problems. The owner of the dealership was "shocked" that I was refusing it. I told him you guys should have never accepted when the driver delivered it. Maybe if more and more of these shoddy work campers kept getting returned to the factory at their expense they would start doing more quality control. The term "its good enough" is not in my vocabulary. Mike
