I looked at many $4K - $8K trailers here in Oregon. From the prices here $8K is not outrageous for that camper. You should be able to bring them down a bit but I would not be surprised if they don't come down a lot. Don't even bother to look at it if you are only going to offer $4K!
A slide with bunks for the kids. That is what we were looking for. I thought it was a nice looking trailer. Some people love Oak interiors some people hate them. I hate them. I was happy to find a trailer with a white interior instead of an Oak interior.
Personally I would go for it if it checks out.
