OK again many thanks to all who offered their opinions!! I passed on this camper I saw some significant wood rot on the pass thru storage under the queen bed. A little rot next to the bed in the living area. Lots of little dings on the inside of the camper (that I could have lived with) The most telling thing to me (as a few noticed) was the height of the camper. One of the front stabilizers was ripped off and both were replaced and moved to a higher spot. The fresh water tank was at the very back of the camper and replaced last fall due to it being cracked (I am guessing from it dragging) I did really like the floor plan but ultimately I walked away!! Still looking!!
