That's a very broad assumption. There's absolutely nothing minimal about aluminum siding. Not everyone likes the smooth fiberglass sides. They each have their pros and cons.
As mentioned before check really well for leaks inside at the ceiling and inside all cabinets. Check for soft spots in the floor. Look over the slide-out carefully for leaks on the interior. Check the tires over and find out how old they are. It's definitely a good idea to have them turn on the A/C, fridge and hot water tank for you to make sure all of that works good.
