Pretty much agree with most of the others...it's a nice looking trailer, appears to have been cared for, nice floorplan and too high a price. Re NADA, it's my understanding that you consider only the year, make and model on the price....no options or add-ons considered. In any event, it does need a good going over. Remember to look and SMELL for any signs of mold or mildew....not a good thing. Check the tire manufacture date...will be a small 4-digit number on the area right by the rim. Something like 0812 would mean that they were manufactured the 8th week of 2012. RV tires need to be replaced at the 4 - 5 year time, regardless of how great they may look otherwise. Different than car tires. Sometimes the tires are mounted with this number on the inside rather than the outside, but crawl under with a flashlight....this is about a $500 + or - bill at the tire shop. Consider that in your offer. It's always nice to have the owner toss in extras like the WDH/sway - another $500 or so - and any little extras like a blue tote if they're not needing it any longer and so on. You can certainly consider these things in your offer. And remember that when you go to register it, you'll have to pay sales tax.
