Any Truck Campers have a scooter?
I'm thinking about getting a scooter, I tow a boat so would need a front mount. Anyone have experience with scooters brands, size, weight?

We have a Suzuki Burgman 650. This is our third scooter, a small 150 to start, then two 650's. We have always pulled them behind our truck/TC in an enclosed trailer (the 650's). The little 150 was on a flatbed trailer. Boy it sure got dirty, thus the enclosed trailer now. The trailer adds around 200 hitch weight. We use a long hitch extention but still must be careful on very sharp turns. The trailer also comes in handy for hauling a lot of extra items, like lounge chairs and grills ...
For 7 years we led scooter rallies in Alabama and Tennessee. We had all sorts of scooters show up, from 250cc up to 650cc. If I was in the market for a new scooter, I would look at the 250-400cc range.
