We have a 2014 992 on a 2014 Ram diesel DRW with a cummins engine, so it's pretty close.
The previous owner put spacers in the springs and the truck drives very smoothly with the camper on it. We have done quite a bit of backroad camping with no issues. We've even gone into the back country areas of Big Bend where only 4WD vehicles are allowed. We went very slowly but made it there.
We've been up mountain roads too.
We love the truck and the camper.
