Anyone know how to disable the Parking aid on a new Ford?

There are some old threads on the subject but no joy. It can be disabled, but only for one key cycle. If something with trailer brakes is plugged in, it is automatically disabled. This isn't just camp...

On my 2013 F350, you can disable it until you physically enable it again. This is done through the Driver's Info Center. Unfortunatlely mine is in the shop for some service so I can't give you the step by step instructions in case it's the same for your model year.
