Anyone know how to disable the Parking aid on a new Ford?

It seems to me you should just be able to wire in a resistor to the brake wire on the camper umbilical. I may try it, just not sure what size of resistor to use.

It would be good because then I could name it so that the truck would keep track of mileage with the camper on.

of course easiest way is to buy the device above, but I've never seen it locally and then I'd have to have two things plugged in and it doesn't look like it has a 4-pin passthrough so I'd be back in the same boat when I was towing my ATV trailer.
