Anyone know how to disable the Parking aid on a new Ford?

There are some old threads on the subject but no joy. It can be disabled, but only for one key cycle. If something with trailer brakes is plugged in, it is automatically disabled. This isn't just camp...

Or ... learn to press the buttons to disable for the 1-2 times you backup on a trip. I thought it was going to drive me crazy, but with two different trucks over the past 10 years, it's really not that annoying. YMMV. ;)
