- dvitale300ExplorerI so agree. I teach high school and see it every day. After years of saying "sup wif you - wanna go chil wif d homies" on cell phones, kids lose the tens of thousands of hours communicating face to face with other human beings. It also negatively impacts their vocabulary skills as well as reading abilities.

So true... Electronics are making our lives easier, but at the cost of knowing how to do anything. Just like the kids that have been coming out of college the past couple years... they are super smart but cannot communicate face to face with people. They are used to burying their heads in electronics and communicating that way. - gboppExplorer

The reviews I've read have all positive. Seems to work as advertised.
But I too wonder about it. Apparently you don't control the throttle or the steering, just the brakes and that little knob. Sounds scary, but guess it's really not much different than the cars that park themselves.
But, can it be hacked by the 12 year olds in the campground :@ - 3oaksExplorerIt may be a good thing and I am not against advanced technology. But I think people have become too dependent on electronics and modern technology. Generations of people will be totally lost in the event of a computer failure.

I have seen the FORD Pro Trailer Backup Assist, any real world experience?
Not sure I could let go of the steering wheel and trust the computer.
