I don't think I would need any upgrades if I were running it on your truck.
But you will need to check your truck, as I'm reading on here that even two trucks the same model may not carry the same load. (from a post a day or two ago, some F350s don't have the same spring packs)
We have ours on a 2500HD. I ordered the truck with a trailer package and heavy duty camper package. To do this I had to upgrade to 3750# tires.
Although the truck sat level with the camper on and drove good, I added airlift 5000 springs to bring the truck partially back up to unloaded height. 15# of air just sits the springs on the overloads.
I think I'd like to try stable loads but can't justify the cost because it drive real good.
Put the camper on and drive it a little and you'll be able to decide whether you really need to change anything.
