Read the thread below yours, literally the same question about virtually the same size/weight camper on a very similar truck.
Your post says you upgraded the tires and wheels and now it's rocking. My brain says you also upgraded the shocks and added the airbags also and prior to, you were riding hard on all spring and no bags and as soon as you lifted the truck off the springs at all with the bags, the body roll got more pronounced.
