Butch50- Agreed-3600# is a joke (door sticker actually says 3526# wet), which is why I hit the scales on the first trip. Personally, I'm sure Northwood forgot to add each of the options you indicated.
I was younger and dumber then; the first pull & scale stop was my education, as noted by the 4600 lb ready-to-camp weight indicated previously.
While carrying the Caribou ready to camp, maintaining 55-60 MPH in 3rd was easy over Hwy 26 (Mt. Hood) or Hwy 58; with the 990, I was in second around half way up and was not able to hold 3rd again until the summit.
Would I change my choice in camper? Nope, but I am buying 19.5" wheels...
