Are "all-bed" campers length safe? Most compatible all bed?

Here’s a couple pictures I grabbed just by doing a google search on “Lance 850 2019). I’m pretty sure these are both 850s, but maybe one of the 850 owners could verify that.

This one is on a short bed.......



This one is on a long bed dually........



Both are all the way to the front of the pickup bed.
