The color is different. I have trouble reading digital print under LED light, but paper print is fine. Not the same spectrum of light unless you spend a lot of $$$ on the natural light LEDs.
depends a lot on what color temperature you like. regardless of color temperature, LED's are higher lumens than incandesent. Warm white (incandesent color temp) 3500K are usually the lowest lumen output. from their you can usually choose 4,000K, 6000 K and others. pick what works best for you.
I happen to prefer warm white around 3500K, same color temp as a warm white florescent, close to an incandesent bulb.
