Doubtful. Incandescent bulbs typically run ~ 2600 degrees Kelvin, the warmest LED equivalents typically run ~ 3200 degrees Kelvin. If you have documentation that shows otherwise I'd be interested in seeing it. ;)
My understanding was that incandescent lamp were about 2700K, average during the lifetime of the lamp. I have never bought a spectrometer to verify that but in my field, the kelvin was important. Traffic signal lens are colored to having a lamp burning at an average of 2700K. You can contact Dura-Test and they can give you the lab tests.;)
Cree and a few other companies make lamps for home and office that are considered to be 2700 and they classify them as the same as an incandescent lap.
I don't have a dog in this fight and I don't want to see the thread closed but it's all getting too technical and beyond common understanding. 2600/2700 really to minor a spread. Now the Cree street lights we have at home are a little over 4000K. why you ask, it's very close to the spectrum of moonlight. That's what all scare lights should be on RVs. JMHO
