No question about it, some do prefer cooler LEDs ... just not me as I find cold light awfully stark. I also prefer the 3000=3500 Kelvin over "cool white/daylight" etc. but again it's really personal preference. I wonder if the 921's on normal battery power are 2700 K or maybe lower. I can see a difference in color and intensity with voltages near 14.7 on boost mode.
My advice to anyone switching is to either (a) buy some of several color temps to decide what you like or (b) go someplace that has different color temps and really look at them to decide.
Nothing worse than buying a dozen or more of a color temp and then find out it's NOT what you want/like.
