To the OP;
Power cord comes standard. Length is whatever the manufacturer puts on the rig.
Everything else you mention is "on your dime".
The other items can be negotiated in to the price of the unit.
I recommend you negotiate an "OUT THE DOOR PRICE" with all the items included.
MY recommended scenario is to find a rig you like and check it out. Then leave the dealership and go home and figure out what you are willing to pay for the unit with everything you want included. You then return to the dealer with your reasonable offer with all the items you want included. Tell the salesman you want the unit and hand him the paper. As you do that tell the salesman that the deal is not negotiable and is an OUT THE DOOR PRICE with only tax and actual DMV fees to be added on. Make sure the paper has your name and phone number on ti. Tell the salesman if the answer is no you will be leaving. If the salesman returns with any other answer than yes LEAVE. If your offer is reasonable they will call you. If your answer is not reasonable but close they will call you. Now you are at home and have had time to reflect. You can always up your offer over the phone if necessary. You do not want the dealer to have home court advantage.Remember unless you do it for a living you are at a BIG DISADVANTAGE in negotiations with a dealer.
Some dealers are infamous for adding things such as pre-inspection fee onto the price. You do not care what is on each line of the contract as far as price, just that the bottom line price is as you stated. You will be checking each contract they make you sign to be sure the price does not change and all items you require are ON THE CONTRACT. If it is not on the contract it will not be provided.
The above scenario requires work and effort on your part.
First to specify exactly what you want included.
For example "Camco adjustable brass regulator" and estimating an acceptable price for the item $30.00
So the calculations would be
MSRP of unit minus 25-30 % (your determination after research)
PLus Value of add-ons from internet shopping.
equals bottom line price.
You will not get the lowest price ever for the unit but it will be an acceptable price.
