Two things that I have found that are included with the trailer but for some reason get misplaced and you leave the dealership without are: A hand crank for the slide out if you have to do it manually.(ask how to use this during your PDI) and if you have electric stabilizer jacks, a hand crank for those if they fail. I had to go back 250 miles to pick mine up.
Seems like everyone listed most of your other needs. Camp first, figure out what you are needing, THEN buy.
