I was in a CG a few weeks ago. They were all unserviced sites. The guy next to us had a generator to charge his trailer batteries. To avoid being bothered by the noise, he would start it when he was about to leave the CG for a couple of hours and turned if off when he came back. It seems that every time he left, he would turn it on. I was really tempted to go over and turn it off after he left, but I didn't ... who knows, he might have needed it to charge the batteries for medical equipment, like a CPAP machine. Probably not though ... just inconsiderate!
