DW and I are retired teachers, and from 1973 to 2006, we saw a lot of changes in how kids have been raised. In most cases, you can see why the kids are messed up once you meet their parents, and we've had a couple of generations of kids that haven't learned to think about others, so we have a lot of adults that are self-centered and totally lacking in civility. But, there were also a lot of really great kids that were very considerate of others and just a pleasure to teach.
So, the rotten apples, due to their behavior, grab our attention and annoy us frequently. On the other hand, there are a lot of great people out there....the ones that you meet and enjoy talking to while on the road camping and traveling. So, at times you just have to curse under your breath, and then continue enjoying the RV lifestyle.
