Are You Truck Camping This Labor Day?

We went last week! Now we are at the Casino Point, of Avalon.
Wound up going to Catalina Island with the boat for some scuba diving, and some fresh fish!! Then back to sunny, (HOT), High Desert of home.

Mellow, was in OBX last week. Scheduled for 4 days but changed to 7 because the weather was perfect ??

Yes, leaving early Saturday to head to Montesano to stay at our Daughter's farm for the weekend.

Nope, TS Hermine has taken care of my labor day camping trip :( Was going to hit Assateague state park for 3 days of much needed R&R and some fishing.

Well sort of. I am at my family's campground, waiting for the rest of family to arrive later tonight.

I am sitting in my 5er, looking out the big window at my PU camper.

my 5er stays here all summer. I leave the wolf creek loaded all summer, and its nice to move stuff in the WC refrigerator. Plus I have a fitting on the WC so I can drain the 40 gallons of fresh into my 5er (no well on site).

we spent the last week on Sandy Neck,We had a great week. We stay home for the Holiday weekends......Don't like to fight traffic and the State/RV Parks full of wing nuts

NO! Can't wait to get out the next 9 months with most boats and RV's being winterized and covered soon. My favorite spots to boat and camp are going to be so enjoyable after this weekend.

Wife and I are doing the Lake Superior Circle Tour. Leaving Sunday for 8 days.

Went last weekend for 5 days (best kind of weekend...longer). And going out the week after.. Does that count????:C

With others on this.... we stay home on the holiday weekends.

Same as Jimh425, we stay away from most boondocking spots around here first of september. Although this means that the mom/pops and kids are going back to school...etc and all our favorite spots will be opening up!
